These General Terms and Conditions for Engineering Services shall apply in to the extent that the parties have not made any other written agreements in individual cases. The General Terms and Conditions for Engineering Services (‘Contract’) shall become effective only upon company (callesen) written
confirmation of the order (‘Order Confirmation’). Any modifications must be documented in a legally binding annex signed by both callesen and the respective Buyer (‘Buyer’). Buyer’s general terms and conditions of business are expressly excluded from this Contract even if callesen accepts payments from Buyer and makes deliveries. Engineering Services refer to evaluations, studies or other services that produce engineering documentation as deliverables from callesen (‘Engineering Services’).
